I've been going to eden healing center for a few years now and not only are the horses amazing (and very well trained) but so are the people. I used to be more shy meeting people and not be outdoors too much. But that has changed a lot. Now every time there are new people coming for their first riding lesson or volunteering I get excited to meet them. Because every person I've met is very nice and I get along with them easily. Also Jessica Recknagel is an amazing person to work and ride with. She also also is very good at teaching and giving tips and reminders. These people are a second family to me and if you're looking for a good riding place٫ this is the perfect one. I don't think any other place would satisfy me as much as this one does.
There are not enough words to express the gratitude I have for Eden Healing Center and the individuals that are there to either volunteer, ride, or socialize with others. My daughter has learned so much being under the guidance and teachings of Jessica C Recknagel . I have seen her grow in confidence, self-awareness, accountability and patience. As a mother first and as a Social Worker, I am impressed with the positive skills I have seen manifest in my daughter in just a short period of time. This experience has been worth the time and resources spent. I volunteer every opportunity that I am able to. I believe in the mission “Humans Saving Horses, Horses Saving Humans”.
Eden Healing Center is more than just a place for horse lovers—it's a second family. The community is warm and welcoming, regardless of your experience with horses. Everyone is eager to help you learn and grow. Jessica's hands-on and patient approach makes every learning experience enjoyable and rewarding. Whether you're new to horses or a seasoned rider, Eden Healing Center feels like home.
Great for beginners
